General Terms and Conditions
These general conditions govern the relationship between Daymar S.n.c. (VAT IT01446250910) and the Customer for boat rental and guided excursion services.
Customer responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for the boat from the moment of collection until return
- Compliance with maritime navigation and safety regulations is mandatory
- Navigation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- The Customer must promptly report any breakdown or damage
Daymar responsibilities
- Daymar guarantees that all boats are in perfect seaworthy condition
- Daymar reserves the right to cancel a rental or excursion in case of adverse weather conditions
- In case of weather cancellation, Daymar offers a date change or full refund
Insurance
- All boats carry third-party liability insurance for damage caused to other persons or vessels
- Damage to the rented boat caused by negligence, carelessness or wilful misconduct will be charged to the Customer
Privacy
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). For full details, please refer to our privacy policy.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Nuoro, Italy.
