How to Reach Cala Gonone Harbour
By car
From Olbia (Costa Smeralda airport) — About 2 hours. Take the SS131 DCN towards Nuoro, then follow signs for Dorgali / Cala Gonone.
From Cagliari (Elmas airport) — About 3 hours 30 minutes. SS131 to Nuoro, then SS125 to Dorgali and Cala Gonone.
From Alghero (Fertilia airport) — About 2 hours 30 minutes via SS291 and SS131 DCN.
By ferry
The main Sardinian ferry ports are Olbia (the closest, 2 hours by car) and Cagliari. Operators include Tirrenia, Moby, GNV and Grimaldi, with regular crossings from mainland Italy (Civitavecchia, Genova, Livorno, Naples).
By air
The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, served by major European airlines including Ryanair, easyJet, and British Airways (seasonal). Cagliari Elmas and Alghero Fertilia are alternatives.

Practical Information
Parking
We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking. The harbour area in Cala Gonone has limited spaces, especially in July and August. There is a pay car park near the port and some free spaces further up the hill.
Check-in time
For boat rental, arrive at our office between 08:30 and 10:30. For guided excursions, meeting time is 09:00.
